I am so excited to finally get this eBook out to you. It’s been an incredible journey; one that I honestly didn’t think I would ever make. In fact, at the age of 34, I thought my dream of becoming an author was simply going to be just that – a dream.

However, in the midst of my personal meantime moment, a point in my life where it seemed I could not go any lower; I discovered an inner strength  - a hidden power – that not only gave me the dedication to complete this eBook, but to also put my heart and soul into it.
